Class Experience:Instructor lead, LED lights and music-driven experience providing a more rewarding workout. No Swyft session is the same, we offer a variety of exercises and equipment such as treadmills, ellipticals, dumbbells, stairmaster, TRX, kettlebells, row machines, bikes, suspension bands, speed ladders, BOSUs, and battle ropes. These all work to improve speed, power, and endurance all while toning and strengthening the core.
