Swyft Movement

Swyft focuses on fun circuit based 45 minutes HIIT (high-intensity interval training) group classes that use a combination of resistance and cardiovascular exercises to burn up to 500-600 calories in a single session. Classes enhance coordination & balance, developing muscular, cardiovascular strength & endurance, each class is expertly modified for all fitness levels. Our concept engages relationship and community by creating a social fitness environment.

Swyft Fitness is currently providing fun and energetic Livestream classes, with something for everyone, regardless of your fitness targets. Whether you’re looking for intense, fast-paced cardio exercise, or something a little more relaxed, we’re sure to have the perfect class for you. Swyft trainers will motivate you to sweat and relax with your community from home or on the GO!

No Swyft session is the same so you’ll encounter a variety of exercises and equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, suspension bands, bikes and battle ropes. These all work to improve your speed, power, and endurance all while toning and strengthening the core. Each Swyft session will include a dedicated abs segment. We believe core exercises are an important part of a well-rounded fitness program.
